Forget your Origin (WebApp) Password
If you are unable to start shipping because you entered the wrong EA (origin) password.
1. Go to EA official website, Please click sign in in the upper right corner of the site
2. Choose sign in and then please choose "forgot your password?"
3. On the next page, fill in your EA email and verification code, click ‘submit’
4.EA will send an e-mail to your EA mailbox, please click on the link in the message. A new page will show up, you can reset your EA password in this page. (Note that the EA password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number)
After resetting the EA password, please enter this new password on your delivery link to complete this order.
